Going to THE RALLY. Kentucky is beautiful. Louisville was a great location for the Rally. There were 3200 RV's and 4100 locals by car. It was very hot and humid but all classes, exhibits and all the new RV's were under one air-conditioned roof.
We saw Bob Newhart, Tanya Tucker, the Super Diamonds (a fantastic band who plays Neil Diamond songs) and a talent show.
The first day Jon had to go out for Skyline Chilli. Then the same evening we went out to White Castle. After a rough night with my stomach we went to Bardstown to visit Mal and Jean Worthington at their beautiful home and went to dinner. Mal talked me into a Grilled Kentucky Brown ( turkey over bread with bacon and smothered in cheese). I don't think I will ever eat again. It was very good but I am surprised I didn't have a heart attack right there.
